What the statuses mean
- Submitted — your application has been received and is in our review queue
- Under review — our team is checking your application and documents for completeness before submission to the relevant authority
- Submitted to authority — your application has been lodged with the government body responsible for issuing your visa
- Additional information requested — the authority or our team needs more detail or documentation from you; check your email for specifics
- Approved — your visa has been issued; you'll receive it by email and it will also appear in your CTE account
- Refused — your application was not approved by the issuing authority; see the notes on your application for next steps
How long will it take?
Processing time depends on your destination and nationality, shown as an estimate when you applied. Government processing times can occasionally run longer than estimated, particularly during peak travel seasons — we'll keep you updated by email at every status change.
Something looks wrong with my status
If your status hasn't updated in longer than the estimated processing window, or if you were asked for additional information you've already provided, contact our Support Center with your application reference — we'll follow up directly rather than leaving you waiting.
If your application was refused
A refusal isn't always the end of the road. Depending on the reason given, reapplying with additional documentation or at a different time may be viable. Contact Support — for complex or refused cases, we escalate to team members experienced in this kind of case review rather than leaving you to figure out next steps alone.

- 37 pages total, matching the footer structure agreed with the client.
- All copy uses concrete, internally consistent assumed values (fees, contact details, timelines, entity name) rather than open placeholders, so it's ready to ship as a working baseline. The client should confirm the assumptions listed at the top of this document against their actual business details and swap in real figures where they differ.
- A few pages rely on functional components rather than static copy alone — the search/filter tools on hotel category pages, the nationality × destination selector on /visa/requirements, and the application tracker on /visa/track. The copy for these is complete; the interactive lookup behavior itself needs to be built (see the Lovable prompt below for how to sequence this).
- Internal links between pages (e.g., Refund Policy ↔ Booking Policy ↔ Support pages) are written using the suggested URL slugs from the table of contents — keep slugs consistent when building, or update the links if slugs change.
- Tone throughout matches CTE's existing voice from prior specs: direct, warm, not over-formal — consistent with the site's "Water & Light" design system already in use elsewhere on the platform.
