Before you cancel
Check the cancellation deadline shown in your booking confirmation email — cancelling before this date typically qualifies for a full refund on free-cancellation rates. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled for a refund except in exceptional circumstances.
How to cancel
- Sign in to your CTE account
- Go to "My Bookings" and select the hotel booking you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email with refund details, if applicable
If you booked as a guest
Use the "Manage Booking" link in your original confirmation email, or contact Support with your booking reference and the email used at checkout.
What happens next
If your booking qualifies for a refund, it will be processed automatically, typically within 3–5 business days — see our Refund Policy for full timing. If you're within the non-refundable window, you'll see the applicable cancellation fee before confirming.
Need to change dates instead of cancelling?
Many hotel bookings can be modified rather than cancelled — check "Modify Booking" in My Bookings, or contact Support if you don't see this option for your specific reservation.
