Transactional messages (booking confirmations, itinerary updates) are not affected by this setting, as they're necessary to deliver your booked services.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Restrict or object to certain processing of your information
- Data portability — receive your data in a portable format
How to exercise your rights
Submit a request through privacy@cometoegypt.com or via the account settings in your CTE profile. We respond within 30 days, and may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Region-specific rights
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we've mishandled your information. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to opt out of its sale — though as noted in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell personal information to any third party.
