Flight delays and cancellations
Depending on your departure and arrival countries and the operating airline, you may be entitled to compensation, rebooking, meals, or accommodation in the event of a significant flight delay or cancellation. Regulations vary by jurisdiction — for example, flights within or into the EU/UK fall under different rules than domestic Egyptian flights or flights to/from the US.
Denied boarding
If you're denied boarding due to overbooking (not due to your own documentation issues), airlines are generally required to offer compensation or alternative arrangements under most applicable passenger rights frameworks.
Baggage issues
Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage is generally the responsibility of the operating airline, governed by international conventions (such as the Montreal Convention for international flights) as well as the airline's own policy. Report baggage issues to the airline directly at the airport before leaving, and keep your baggage claim documentation.
Hotel and package disputes
If a hotel or package doesn't match what was booked (a significant discrepancy, not a matter of personal preference), contact our Support Center as soon as possible — ideally while still at the property — so we can work with the supplier on a resolution in real time.
Your rights don't disappear because you booked through us
Booking through Come To Egypt doesn't reduce your rights as a passenger or guest — the same protections that would apply if you booked directly with the airline or hotel still apply. We're here to help you exercise them, not to stand between you and them.
Need help asserting a claim?
Contact Support with your booking reference and details of the issue, and we'll help you navigate the relevant supplier's process or escalate on your behalf where appropriate.
