These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Come To Egypt website, mobile experience, and booking services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Come To Egypt is a travel booking platform operated by Come To Egypt Ltd., registered in Cairo, Egypt, connecting travelers with hotel, flight, tour, package, and visa processing services in Egypt and other destinations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to make a booking through the Platform. Bookings for minors must be made by an accompanying adult.
3. Our role
For most services, Come To Egypt acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, transport providers). Your booking constitutes a contract between you and the relevant supplier, subject to that supplier's own terms and conditions, in addition to ours. For e-visa services, Come To Egypt provides application preparation and submission assistance; final approval rests solely with the relevant government authority.
4. Bookings and payment
- All prices are displayed in the currency and amount stated at checkout, inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise noted
- Payment is processed at the time of booking unless a different payment structure is stated for a specific product
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided at booking, including traveler names as they appear on passports

6. Travel documents and visas
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, including passports and visas, required for your trip. Come To Egypt's e-visa service assists with the application process but does not guarantee approval, which rests with the relevant government authority.
7. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including submitting false booking information, attempting to interfere with the Platform's operation, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Come To Egypt is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of third-party suppliers, nor for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including government processing delays, natural events, or supplier insolvency). Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Come To Egypt or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with the courts of Cairo having exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
