Cancellation policy
Cancellation Terms 31 to 45 days before the trip: The visa fee will be deducted plus a 3,000 EGP penalty 30 days before the trip: The visa fee will be deducted plus a 5,000 EGP penalty 21 days before the trip: No amount paid will be refunded whatsoever Note: The visa fee is non-refundable in all cases, and the closer the cancellation is to the trip date, the higher the penalty.
