Cancellation policy
• Cancellation 46 to 60 days before the trip: visa cost deducted + EGP 1,000 administrative fees • Cancellation 31 to 45 days before the trip: visa cost deducted + EGP 3,000 penalty • Cancellation 30 days before the trip: visa cost deducted + EGP 5,000 penalty • Cancellation 21 days before the trip: no amount of the paid sums will be refunded.

• Flight: - Airline: AIR CAIRO - Flight duration: 3 hours - Baggage allowance: 20 kg + 7 kg hand baggage - Program duration: 8 days / 7 nights - Destination: Yerevan – Armenia -------------------------------------- • Individual trips: - For a minimum of two people - Prices increase by EGP 1,000 per person due to higher transfer costs - There's a trip every Thursday, starting June 25 through mid-September - Travel from Cairo Airport directly to Yerevan Airport - Individual trips enjoy the same services as group trips - An optional excursion program is available just as with group trips, with the difference being that the client goes to the tour bus meeting points -------------------------------------- • Armenia visa: - The visa is guaranteed by Horayzon Egypt Travel after submitting the required documents - The visa cost is included in the package – a gift from the company to clients -------------------------------------- • Visa requirements: - Bank statement for the last 6 months, in English - Passport-style photo, 4×6, white background - Passport photo PDF - Travel health insurance (Aman insurance on the passport is sufficient) - Stamped employment letter stating salary, in English - Invitation to visit Armenia – issued by the company - Hotel and flight booking – issued by the company - Copies of any previous visas the client holds, if any -------------------------------------- • Special cases: - If you have: - A valid Schengen visa, or - A valid US visa, or - A visa for Russia, Korea, Canada, England, Australia, or Japan, then this is sufficient along with a passport copy and a personal photo only -------------------------------------- • Or if you hold residency in: - UAE - Saudi Arabia - Kuwait - Qatar - Bahrain - Oman then this too is sufficient along with a passport copy and a personal photo
Terms
- A booking deposit of EGP 10,000 is paid per person - After the visa is issued, the remaining amount is paid in installments - The full amount must be settled 21 days before the trip at the latest The company reserves the right to decline certain passports without giving reasons, based on its own considerations in assessing eligibility for tourism travel.
